What are credits?
Credits are how the AI's work is measured. As a rule of thumb, 1,000 credits ≈ 100 customer conversations. Every plan includes a monthly allowance and you can top up anytime.
Are there per-message charges?
No. Velmoro connects to the WhatsApp number you already use — there are no per-message or conversation fees on top of your plan.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. Velmoro links to your existing WhatsApp (personal or Business app) by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works. You keep chatting from your phone as usual.
What happens when I reply from my phone?
The bot steps back for that customer automatically and resumes after a quiet period you choose (or never, until you turn it back on). Your replies also train the bot.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are prepaid for the cycle you choose and there are no lock-ins. One-time setup packages are non-refundable once delivered.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are exclusive of 18% GST. GST invoices are issued automatically for every payment.
