Refund Policy

Free trial first

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with all features unlocked and no card required, so you can see the assistant work on your real customers before paying.

Subscriptions

Subscription payments are for the billing cycle you choose and are non-refundable once the cycle starts, except where required by law or where the service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault — in which case we will refund or credit the affected period.

Credit top-ups

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain available while your account is active.

Done-for-you setup packages

If you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund. Once work has started, packages are non-refundable, because the work is delivered specifically for your business. If we fail to deliver what the package describes, we will make it right or refund the undelivered portion.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
