By creating a Velmoro account you agree to these terms. If you use Velmoro for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

Velmoro provides an AI assistant, inbox, and CRM that operates on a WhatsApp number you link. Plans, included credits, and prices are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful business communication with people who have contacted you or consented to hear from you.
• Do not use Velmoro for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, deception, or anything that violates WhatsApp's terms or applicable law.
• Keep your login credentials secure and review what the assistant says — you remain responsible for communications sent from your number.

WhatsApp connection

Velmoro links to WhatsApp via the number you scan. WhatsApp may restrict numbers that violate its policies; we provide guidance on safe usage but cannot guarantee against restrictions caused by how a number is used. Velmoro is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

AI output

The assistant generates replies from the knowledge and rules you configure. It can make mistakes. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, or financial advice, and configure Do's & Don'ts for anything it must never say.

Payments

Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen billing cycle. One-time setup packages are payable in advance. Refunds are governed by our refund policy. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or endanger the platform. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid cycle.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [City], India.
